These two transactions mark the brand’s first expansions from the original location in Brickell, South Florida. In the first transaction, Poké 305 signed an 825 square-foot lease at 1627 Alton Road in Miami Beach located adjacent to Lincoln Road Mall, Regal Cinemas South Beach, and other high end retail properties and restaurants. Young represented both the landlord Vornado and the tenant. Other notable nearby tenants include Anthropologie, Rosa Mexicano, Banana Republic, and Doraku Sushi.
The second location at 3415 Main Highway in Coconut Grove will occupy 1,152 square-feet between Fuller Street and McFarlene Road adjacent from CocoWalk Mall. Michael Silverman , Senior Associate at Comras Company, represented the landlord Main Highway, LLC. while Young represented the tenant. Other notable nearby tenants at this property include Jimmy John’s, Panther Coffee, and Vinos in the Grove, as well as other high end retail properties and restaurants.
